Creating your organization

Once you create an account you’ll receive a verification email to confirm your account. Once you verify your email you will be prompted to create your organization and provide information relevant to all your employees such as the company name.

To ensure that Wendi can give tailored advice to your managers we ask that you upload any relevant policy documentation such as company handbooks, feedback templates, etc.

Your documents are secured in ISO 270001 compliant storage, separated from other companies to ensure that there is no crossover.

Don’t worry if you don’t have them on hand right now, you can upload more later.

Once you’ve created your organization and uploaded your policy, it’s time to add your employees.

Simply paste a list of emails from your organization that you wish to add and each of them will be sent an invite.

This is to ensure that only employees you have personally verified are able to join your organization helping to keep your company information secure.
